Memory question

I was just wondering what the Dram Idle timer and Dram refresh rate settings do in the bios and whats the differance between 64t and 64usec and if anyone could please tell me that would be great. Also this may be a little off topic but what exactally does the legacy usb do and what is it used for thanks in advance for all your time.

Thanks although it didn't get that specific I think that 64t and 64usec are pretty much the same.
