Which board would you get for best OC & Stability for a P4 2.4C CPU

no clue which memory I'm gona get, but I wonder what the preference is between these two boards

I'm picking the P4C800E-Dlx... I wont have the worry about the PAT / MAM issue.

I would go with the IC7.The P4P800 is a good board too.The new P4C800 E is good but overly expensive.

IC7 or P4P800. Nic is a non-issue for me.

I am bummed out about the possibility both boards may not support Prescott1. I wish confirmation was available from Asus and Abit on that score.

Can't even decide whether to go 2x256 or 2x512. That's a big investment now.

I did decide I liked the Boxter and the girl driving it though.:-)

There don't appear to be any P4C800 non-deluxe in North America. I am going to ask my contact at Supercom tomorrow.
