ouch sorry to hear.. no idea rma to your retailer ?
Looks like you need to go here (http://www.dfiusa.com/support/) , call and then:
"Or you can call 510.274.8000 for the DFI in the San Jose area for technical support, or click here to email their tech support engineers.
When you email or call DFI, please provide these information:
Product model (and revision if known)
System serial number
Invoice number
Place where you purchased this product
Info on hardware/software you added since purchasing
Problem description, and steps to duplicate it
For warranty policy, refer to the back of your invoice for information regarding terms and conditions. Please speak with a service representative for estimates of turn-around times.
If you are given an RMA number, please write that number down on the outside of the box before you ship back to ensure it is properly identified. IMPORTANT: Our Receiving Dept will not accept any returned product without an RMA number, either written on the box or in its shipping documents -- so, please remember to indicate this RMA number on your package."

i think i figured it out.
i think my prommy head unit wasn't making a good contact with the mounting kit and water got into the socket. :(
but what's strange is that i was checkin' out the 12 volt connector and it looks like it got burnt... but i have no idea how that happened...
checked my rails and they are fine....
got all the water out... learned a good lesson...
i'm gonna see if drying it out fixxes the problem...
might not need an rma after all :)
it's too bad that i ordered an nf7-s though hehehe...
might as well just build another system eh? :)
hehehe... now i need some more ram :)

and color is still messed up!!!
and my dfi boots up fine now....
