good job PJ. I'm interested in this CPU but still waiting for price to come down. nice to know there are some good overclocking chips coming from there.

Well, I have been in windows and working at 260 fsb with this thing... I had to flash back to the 14 bios to do it (Thanks for the recommendation BT!)
The OCZ GOLD seems to work better with the 14 bios as far as using the dividers (5:4).
I will be doing the vdimm mod on this board, as it seems I need a little more vdimm juice on this board. Actually, one of my friends will be doing it. I just don't have the patience....hehe
Hmm, you're the second person I saw that posted saying bios 1.4 was better for higher overclocking than the 1.5. I'll have to try it.

Your mobo undervolts that much:scratch:.Oh yeah, its an Albatron so I wouldn't be surprised but thats a little too much. The 14 bios works better for me also.I can do 285 FSB what I did on the P4P800 (I booted at 292 FSB but not stable on the P4P800).I guess the 14 bios is better with the OCZ Gold.I'm a little happier now since I can atleast match the Asus.I would also like to do the vdimm mod on this board, but it looks risky and I couldn't find any good pics with a good explanation how to go about it.The only thing I wasn't sure on was where the 2 wires were soldered on the board once you take out the R350 resistor.I have a small pointy soldering gun and I can solder.I just need to find a better guide.Ok Bigtoe,we need an easy guide from you with some macro pics.

False alarm,I was running one stick of ram.I was testing each stick of ram individually today with memtest and forgot I had only one stick of ram in.I can't reach 285FSB anymore in dual channel mode,280 is it what I did with bios 15.Back to the theory one stick overclocks better but kills your scores.I'll test 14 anyways to see if its better for me.

LR, the difference is you are running PAT on the IC7, but it is disabled on the P4P800. That is why you cant overclock quite as high.
