Off topic slightly.. adware problem

i have some spyware i can't seem to get rid of...

they are in the system volume information (adware-keenvalue, adware-netpals, another adware-keenvalue)...

my virus scanner keeps picking these up so it's getting annoying...

i've done a google search for accessing the system volume information but they keep talking about a "security" tab that i don't seem to have...

anyone know a way of removing these adware so my virus scanner will stop detecting them?

Lets start with what operating system are you using? next what is the name of the spyware?

Try one or both of these two spyware programs. They should find and remove just about any spyware.

Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html)

Ad-Aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/)

i use firefox and haven't had too many problems yet
