NAS Parallel benchmark - how to use it?

in order to test the cluster PC performance, I've downloaded a file named NPB2[1].3.tar from https://www.nas.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/software/download

I need help from those who have used this program before. how to apply it to the cluster system???
