Soundcard upgrade.

I am thinking about getting a new sound card... I don't want a Audigy2.... So I am thinking about either Hercules Fortissimo III or Viewlogic Sonic Fury(the same as Turtle Beach Santa Cruz just renamed for the european countries + australia)... Now to the question, I know Santa Cruz is 3 yrs old and Hercules is newer... they're both using Cirrus Logical for the sound.... So please help me... Oh, the price on the Hercules card is half the price...
