Only need to take one end of the eight different color coded wires and match it with the bikini top of the other end - opps meant the other colored wire as suggested by the alphabet description. WB being WhiteBlue - WO being white orange and what ever. And PIN 1 of the rj45 connector is also identified for your viewing pleasure and accurate!

Crap another color blind in the bunch.:D
