HowTo: 3:4 mem ratio above 132fsb on a P4B533

this will work on Asus P4B533 and P4B533-E motherboards

INSTRUCTIONS
1) set bios to 1:1 mem ratio @ 133fsb (or higher) and shutdown your system.
2) flip on the DS6 switch in the DSW1 block on your motherboard. (check your manual for its location)
3) bootup and you will be in 3:4 mode above 132fsb (even tho its set to 1:1)

Will those settings change if you mess around in the bios like you mentioned in your other post?

no ~ as long as DS6 is on, 1:1 will always be 3:4 above 132fsb no matter what changes you make in the bios.
