Thinking of getting DDR400 ECC

Since I'm not going to oc my Canterwood. I'm thinking of taking my two sticks of PC3500 (total of 1 Gig) and use them for one of my nForce2 boards (or I might get another P4 HT system [Shuttle]). So far, I have found Crucial that sells DDR400 ECC. I use Crucial Reg Buff ECC (only DDR266) for my AMD dually and it has so far been no problem to use. Is there another brand that I should consider for DDR400 ECC?

One thing that I do not like about this Crucial RAM is that it is CAS3 but does the CAS really matter as much with the Intel Dual DDR boards? Reason for questioning the CAS: http://www.lostcircuits.com/memory/ddr400/2.shtml

None of the USA vendors sell the TwinMOS ECC RAM. :( I even emailed memoryX about it.

BigToe the vendor in the UK will not ship to the US.

Kingston and Crucial so far are what I have found here but both are CAS3. And the Crucial is less than the Kingston, for CAS3 modules I hardly see a reason for the higher priced Kingston. Oh well, more searching. :)

I have just emailed the TwinMOS US office. See what they have to say. I really want the CAS2 sticks if at all possible. Will post what transpires.

Well nothing transpired, no response from TwinMOS. :( Things have changed that required me to order memory yesterday and get it by today. So, I ordered the Crucial PC3200 ECC RAM. I hope this RAM pans out ok for me. Might have a chance to provide results tonight.
