vB Code Generator

Just wanted to make all the new members aware of a great little app written by BE's own King Termite called vBCodeGen...It's a neat little app that will format your RTF document written in word or another word processor to code used by vBulletin, our forum software; can save you a lot of time if it's a long post, we highly recommend it and best of all it's freeware :yikes:

Thanks Miles.....for the record let me state again the "desire" behind the VbCodeGenerator. I thought that maybe some of the reason people wouldn't spend the time to write an article or guide or such for the forum is because it lost all its formatting when you copy/pasted it over, and it was way too time consuming to try to use the tags to format a long guide/article.

So the true "desire" behind the project was to help inspire more people to put a little time into contributing a guide or article about something they wanted to share. With the tool they could easily write it up in a nice Word Processor (like Word or WordPerfect) and then copy and paste it into the tool and let it convert the formatting over into vBCode for the forums.

So....please friends.....contribute articles, guides or anything you think would be good info for other members. :)
