Reformat???

Its me again with another n00b question!!!! :shhh: Is it neccesary to reformat and do a fresh install everytime you upgrade? I see you guys swapping parts every other day and was thinking if you all did a fresh install every time, thats a lot of time.

I usally only format and insatll a new copy of windows when i change chipsets. But for a cpu change or a video card change it is not needed, when changing video cards just make sure that all old drivers are cleaned of your system:)
