Enermax 5v (and also 12v) Line Mod

i modded my PSU using this ENERMAX 5V LINE MOD (http://members.rogers.com/2caaronc/Enermax%20Mod.htm)

i used an adjustable 2K (2000 ohms) cermet trimmer and soldered it in series with R79...

as the author said, this mod affects your 12V line too- so be sure to check both 5v and 12v lines after doing the mod..

So, what does this mod do to my PSU? I know it raises the 5V line, but how does it affect my the operation of my system?
