If I am planning on OCing my new set-up. Should I buy PC3200, PC3500, or PC4000?

A64 3200+
GA-KV8NXP

I had planned on buying Mushkin PC3200 "222" cause I wasn't planning on OCing, but after I found out how simple it was. (the theory anyways) temps and stabilty are a major pain in the a$$.

Any thoughts?

First, what is the max FSB that the chip can run? Try and stick w/ memory w/ tight timings for the max FSB speed you can run. . .

Currently the AMD Athlon 64 FX and Athlon 64 can communicate with the chipset at speeds of up to 1600MHz. Keep in mind that "up to" does not mean "always", as we will show later.

I took this from Hardocp. The mobo has a max fsb of 800Mhz.
