It appears to have the 20 pin ATX and the 4 pin 12V connector, so it should be compatible.

Thanks for your response...I had already seen the drawing...just do not understand why they label some as P4 ready and others do not state it! :beat:

Yes it's P4 Compatible. Even the older supplies that do not have the connector built into the supply, you can purchsase a P4 12V power adapter that connects to a power lead for @ 10.00
