If one is to believe this picture it would seem Intel 2798 is eating raw clock for clock AMD...

Intel Core Duo stock 2160 Oced to 2798, 2 Meg of L2 Cache sure seems to make a real difference in this test...

Did no-one read my review!?!

Doesn't it say that clock for clock Core Duo with it's limiting 667MHz FSB eats AMD for Brekkies? Especially Super Pi.

Maybe I should put a big banner in front of my review

Clock for Clock Core Duo is Faster than AMDIn most situations :p

If you don't want to read the review guys just look at this (http://www.bleedinedge.com/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=51&Itemid=26&limit=1&limitstart=7)
page - and just imagine what will happen when Intel release Conroe (read Improved) with 4MB L2 cache and a 1333MHz FSB - oh at 3.33GHz for the extreme edition.

Then you will rellease that AMD really has to pull it's finger out just to get back level - matching 3.33GHz (which they can't do till 65nm if then) won't be enough. DDR2 won't be enough (if it helps at all). AMD need to move the game forward. (All imo of course!)
