I think the chipset is undervolted, so limiting the overclocking.The heatsink doesn't even get warm!!

The board is mounted on a slide out tray..with all the testing im doing i can't be bothered putting it back in.

Any chance for a voltage mod for that.....Would jacking the agp voltage up help any????
