This maybe stupid but...

I just got my powerstream 520... works ok so far... but the inside fan doesn't light up... just the exhaust fan that is seen from the outside of the case...

heck, with all the clear side window cases, i'd figure OCZ would make the powerstream 520 with 2 LED fans, not just the outside, exhaust fan?:coocoo:

is the intake fan on the inside of the case supposed to light up??? cuz mine doesn't...:( It's clear, looks like a LED Fan... Is it?

thanks for the help, sorry for the question but I couldn't find the answer anywhere myself

Hi Darien, :welcome: to BE

I have the Powerstream 600 sli and the inside fan does not light up, but the back fan does.

I have a Powerstream 520 and the inside fan does not light up. So it is normal.

If this was a post/question intended for an OCZ rep then you are in the wrong forum.
If you go back to the forum index and scroll all the way down you will see the official OCZ forums. :)

And welcome to the bleedinedge, Darien. We hope you enjoy your visit and decide to stay, so we can all :smash: our computers together. :D

That is correct.....no LED on the inside fan...only the exhaust fan :)

Thanks for the help fellas!

I love the PSU, It actually boosted my OC from 242 to 244 solid... maybe 245, working on it now... I didn't expect that, nice little bonus...

but seriously, since OCZ makes the best stuff in the world, you guys should make the powerstream modular, and make it so we can swap out the fans w/o voiding the warranty... if a fan dies, it would be much easier and cheaper for us to replace it, rather than send it in to OCZ.... plus, some of us may want to put in a different color fan...

anyhow, OCZ rocks!!:thumb:

btw... what is the max safe limit to push the rails... I know the inherent dangers of overclocking... but I don't want to burn out my new PSU..

is it unreasonable to push the...
12v rail to 13.01
3.3v rail to 3.45... how about 3.41...

the 12v rail really helped my OC... but I don't want to kill anything...
my 3.3v rail was at 3.45 before, but my cheap ol PSU blew out after 8 months...
