Haven't seen any mention of this so far, and it's pretty useful so you don't have 3rd party software to overclock your video card if it didn't come with a good utility. Many utilities that come bundled with video cards don't allow a high enough overclock to max the card out... my Asus V8420S for example.

Anyway... here's where you can download it from...
http://www.ocaddiction.com/downloads/utilities/coolbits/coolbits.reg
... all you have to do is download that file, run/open it, it will modify the registry, then reboot. After rebooting, you'll be able to overclock your video card by going to the display properties, same place that you go to adjust AA and AF.
NOTE: You must test the new settings, check the box to "Apply settings at startup," then apply the settings... if you don't, the next time you boot into Windows, it will be at the default speed again.

I used ExperTool that came with my Gainward Ti4200 for a while... but it doesn't work with my new Asus, so I went looking for something else... Powerstrip is ok, so are a few otherse... but most of them are TSR's... Coolbits isn't a program that runs in the background, which is why I like it and thought I'd make a post about it for those who don't know about it.

Doesn't look like much to play with... is there more to it than just that screen?

yes ~ some cards get a GPU & MEM temperature page.
