File sharing...

Could anyone direct me to resources, or tell me how to network one pc, with windows xp pro, to another pc with windows 98se to allow file sharing between the computers?

The 98 machine will not be able to access the XP machine though because of the NTFS file system on the hard drive of the XP machine (unless you know your PC is formatted with FAT32 already) but the XP machine can see the Win98 machine just fine.
