What motherboard and what bios do you have specifically?
Also what kind of cooling are you using?
Are all drivers up to date?
That should get the ball rolling. I will let the more competent forum members take over.

If you getting lock ups even under no load conditions, I would look at your OS and drivers. Have you made any recent changes to your drivers, other software, or hardware?
How about temps on CPU and GPU?

sorry.took awhile to get back.I am not having as many reboots as before and my vid issues have gone away as far as i can tell.
One thing ive noticed is the reboots seem to coincide with using anything that uses flash player..strange..
btw,im using xp64 but i have done many installs with it and it is a stable os and these problems were hapening with fresh install. This mobo reuqires no drivers or direct x for chipset since using pci express slot.
soon as i get a battery i can check psu under load, but i have done this before with this psu but not on this mobo and not lately..
gpu temps are extrodinarily low since using a dell that has heatpipe cooling on it.around 38c no load and 48 load.cpu temps are hovering around 38-40 by bios readings@1.4vcore
