ASUS A7N8X MOTHERBOARD CAPABLE OF 400 FSB.
2 X 512 DUAL CHANNEL pc 3500 gold GX 2-2-2-5
AMD ATHLON XP 3200+
ZELMAN FANLESS WATERCOOL TOWER IN NORTHBRIDGE/CPU/VGA
BIOS VERSION REV 1007

Starting a new overclock witht hisnew ram.


I have the memory at 2-2-2-5
FSB @ 205 with 11x multiplier
memory is at 100% of FSB
memory voltage 2.7
cpu voltage 1.75
AGP frequency 67
AGP voltage 1.6


so far so good. with memory bandwidth of 1523 or so in memtest

what do you think?

any adjustmet befroe upping the fsb to 210 or 220

I had a A7N8X-Deluxe Rev.2 board before jumping to S939. I hear they get flaky around the 220ish fsb though.

Change the AGP frequency to 66mhz. What difference it makes I Dont know i'm just always told to have mine at 66.

If you go for 220fsb, make sure you loosen your timings on the ram and maybe notch up the volts on both your ram and cpu if you get crashing/blue screens. If you have no luck, put a devider on it until you reach 2420mhz (220x11)
