' interesting thing i found out tonight is: adding a 120mm panaflo M1A side panel fan with 7volts dropped my cpu temp by 5C and my case temp by 6C...

*with my zalman cnps7000-cu: fan in full power
case temp --> idle=39C/ full load=43C
cpu temp --->idle=39C/full load= 53C

**with my SP-94: 80mm panaflo L1A:
case temp --> idle=39C/ full load=43C
cpu temp --->idle=38C/full load= 52C

***with my SP-94: 80mm panaflo L1A + side panel 120mm PANAFLO M1A (7volts) ADDED
case temp --> idle=33C/ full load=37C
cpu temp --->idle=33C/full load= 47C

i shouldnt have switched from zalman7000 to sp-94 coz i only gained -1C (at the same noise level)...well im too lazy to remove the sp-94 so ill just leave it as it is..:)

nice, just added a 120mm blow hole and side panel fans last week. I didn't really notice much of a drop in cpu temps (maybe 1-2c) but case temps never get over 25c :). I'm using 120mm Vantec stealths, there a great fan at 53cfm and only 28dba.

Jojo1971, Did you get any extra MHz out of the lower temps? :thumb:
