Backward compatability?

I have a KT7A-Raid mobo that seems to have died. (the fans power on but nothing else).
I want to see if perhaps the powersupply for it could be the culprit and would like to test the board out with my new OCZ 520 modstream.
Is it compatable or will I make pretty smoke?

The users manual says the board takes an ATX1 power connector, but that's it.

You will just need to separate the "E" connector from the 24pin motherboard connector on the OCZ PSU....so that the ATX connector is now 20pin....do not plug the "E" connector into anything....if the motherboard has a 4 pin plug that needs to be attached, you need to use the Light Blue P4 (NOT P4+)

Other than that....its perfectly compatible. :)
