Just wondering what backup/imaging software you guys are using successfully to backup and restore images from single SATA drives and if possible SATA RAID 0 on the Intel ICH5R? Thanks in advance!

100% successful - DriveImage 7.01 with single SATA drives on the ICH5R on one Canterwood system I have and RAID0 on the ICH5R on another Canterwood system I have. :)

Did 7.01 clear up most of the nasty problems you experienced with DI 7?

Except for the lack of control with deleting partitions, making active partitions, and storing images from the bootable CD. :( On my non-Canterwood systems I use TrueImage 7 and/or DriveImage 2002.

Drive Image 7.01 and TrueImage 6 and 7 all image while you are in Windows-no booting into DOS with diskettes required anymore. :)

However, yet another kudo for TrueImage, you can at least create a bootable CD that will allow you to boot up TrueImage on the CD in order to make an image if you desire to do it that way. DriveImage 7 is a no go on this issue. They only provide you with the ability to boot up by CD to recover an image-not to make one.
