Ther are some pretty good OC utilities out ther, like

Thanks! Do you know if there is a simple reg hack to show the core/mem
frequency in the standard ATI control panels? Similar to nvidia coolbits
reg hack?

i dont think theres a reg (coolbits) type hack for ATI cards.....

i think there is something similar but u no need to get into regedit...
i forgot what i did, but i have the clock adjust under my display tab

Radclocker works just like coolbits,and i have had no issues with it.

Thanks samcolt! Used radclocker today.
I can get 400/320 on my 9800NP without artifacts.
at 410 core, I see snow in stream in 3dmark2003::nature streams.
at 330 memory, I get some tearing in 3dmark2001::4x4 high detail.
Thanks to all here for all the advice.
I am getting about 19K for 3dmark2001 and about 6K for 3dmark2003.
