OK, OK, OK.......... I know these guys are really high priced but I am trying to get this past the wife!!! This is the only water mod I can find that would really be a clean looking install and not too loud (dual 12 cm fans). One problem, my knowledge on water cooling is limited to reading. So, I ask for your guidance to ensure that if I should make this purchase it would serve me well.

I am hoping to address cpu, chipset (not sure it operates just fine and under temp/post Angry's AS5 mod), and I think the 7800s.

Feedback?

Thanks

I think Koolance is not that great. I would go with Danger Den DIY kit. TDX for CPU, heater core or Black Ice radiator, CSP-Mag or DDC pump, 1/2" fittings and tubing, and don't worry about the chipset. I have the above with the CSP-Mag pump and double heater core installed in a Coolermaster Stacker case. Dropped my temps 10C on average, idle and under load.

Not much expereince this end either with water cooling, and as you I suppose have done lot's of reading. One thing for sure, is I have come to the conclusion of building and stear clear of all in one solution, which honestly offer dissapointing results in my view, and other people view.

Dunno what reading and where you've done it, but this might be of interest...

Personaly, I am still researching but my goal is to eliminate the radiators and fans and go waterchiller (if I find the components on ebay), but that introduces another set of problem...condensation. Anywho, probably January / February project. Mind you I'm only looking for a GPU solution, cpu still targetted to be phase change.

Best of luck with your solution, what ever you choose.
