I have a 600W OCZ Powerstream and sent the first one back for RMA because the fan on the end of the PSU was not spinning and the computer's system monitors were reporting the 12V rail as being around 5.6V !!! Funny thing was everything was running fine but the low volatage and fan were enough concern to me to have it replaced. I was unable to confirm the low reading with a DMM.
I recently got the new replacement and I'm having the exact same two problems. The back fan (inside the case) is not spinning and the monitors are reading at around 5.6V.
Has anyone else expirenced this?
