I have the 512 sticks of HyperX3500, they run great for me @ 208mhz...(a bit underclocked, but thats not the mems fault, CPU limit)
Now Im trying to decide between OCZ400EL, copper or gold? reviews vary...decisions decisions./.

very old HyperX PC3500 was like Corsair XMS3500C2 based on BH-5 modules... newer HyperX PC3500 are based on mainly CH-5 winbond chips and some have BH-5
BH-5 - 2-2-2-5 able
CH-5 - 2-3-2-5 able

So, do you think its a good deal?
Is there better stuff that Newegg sells? (for about the same price?)
thanks

suppose it's a good deal.. i just got another 4x 512MB XMS3500C2 BH-5 since
1. they're dirt cheap at the moment AUD$213 each or US$152
2. BH-5 is becoming scarce hehe
I see Newegg has XMS3500C2 512MB sticks at US$137 grab them instead of HyperX PC3500 hehe
or get both HyperX PC3500 and XMS3500C2 test which is better, keep and sell the other :)
