When I had my Abit NF7-S system I found the Corsair XMS3500C2v1.1 to be very good on it. I had very tight timings, 2-2-2-3 at 400DDR.

Haveing PC4000-4200 is kinda useless on AMD rigs, your not going to come near that FSB. Id say try out Mushkin PC3200-3500 Black level 2.
