Yeah, enable WEP, set up a key. Then you have to enable WEP and use same key on each computer using wireless.

I did all that I was speaking to Ruke about it so far no success like I live in a house and my neighbors dont own PC's sooooo how far does my signal go for someone else to steal my connection?also i might call linksys ask them why I can't connect with WEP enabled.

Nahhhh gave up I was speaking on live chat with a linksys professional last night and I still have the chat log of what I asked etc if you wanna take a look. Well he said if you dont live in apartment and your neigbhors dont own a pc then ur ok then you wont get any intruders unless someone is parked outside your house using ur internet that is the only way.

Thats true :thumb:

If I do a scan, I pick up about 5 different networks....3 of them are secured and the other 2 are not.

Hahaha true but I doubt no one is on my connection though cuz my neigbhors dont have computers so they cant access anything hahaha suckers so its all good for me plus the router signal only goin 60 feet? so bascially u gotta be infront of my house to gain access of my internet haha
