Are you at 3.2 right now testing prime?.I think you need new sticks of ram.Even Corsair didn't recommend your sticks in the 3200LL

Yeah, testing at 3.2ghz 266 fsb, 1.6vcore. Prime95, two instances running with Hyper Threading, so far at 9 hours solid, no errors.

My ram is Corsair TwinX3200LLs, and yeah they suck for systems with high fsbs. Oh well, will be getting better ram when they are out. :beat:

Well, looks like the 266fsb is the limit for this 2.4 and P4P800 I've got setup. I will try and use 1 stick of memory and maybe even disable HyperThreading to see if it will go higher.

Then it's 2.6 time! :rotflmao:

I would think that 3200LL should be able to do 5:4. Thats only DDR426. My 3200C2 non LL can.

Thor

Yep, 5:4 no problems.

Testing my 2.6 now, and it's humming along at 250fsb 5:4 1.575vcore.

Where is the limit for it? My XMS 3200C2 (not LL) poops out right around DDR426 2.5-3-3-7 @ 2.8 Vdimm. Whats interesting is it can do DDR 412 2-2-2-5 @ 2.8 VDimm. Seems to :beat: rather abruptly. This is on the IC7 board and the 845PE I had before it. I would think the 3200 LL would be a little better.

my XMS3200C2 non-LL does DDR424 at 2-2-2-6 (so far, haven't heavily benched it higher) but it takes the whole 2.85Vdimm to do it. I think that's odd, since it can do DDR400 at 2.5V. Just lucky, I guess:).

I think my TwinX3200LLs can do 440 at 2.5-3-3-7 @ 2.75 VDimm max. But let me double check on that when I get my 2.4 back in my system and start tweaking. ;)

wow! my XMS is now cooking along at DDR448 at 2-3-3-7:look: !

how the heck did that happen??

That's some "hot" ram, no pun intended. :-)

My TwinX3200LLs are running 427 @ 2-3-2-6 @ 2.75VDimm

2.4 testing updated!

Hehe.

Thanks everyone!

Just played couple of hours of CS without any hiccups. Going to Prime95 overnight and 24+ hours to see if it's solid as a rock.

Updated, testing for 268fsb at 5:4 memory ratio.

This new bios and a 60mm P1 cpu fan ziptied to my MCH is working better. :D :D :D

My 2.4C is only at 3.5GHz default voltage:D..LOL.The OCZ PC3700 Gold kicks @ass.

Well, 266fsb seems to still be the limit with this board and/or cpu, but I've got a Zalman fan bracket and a 120mm Panaflo H1A on the way, so maybe can reach 270fsb with active cooling over the board. At least my vid card will be able to be cooler as well. :D

Last Ride,

Is that 5:4 or 3:2?
