The Ultra X connect is just asking for trouble. Just recently I watched one slowly die in a system, for no aparent reason. Ive alos heard many other horror stories about it.

Id say go with a modstream =)

I know a couple people that have the Ultra X Connect power supply and thaey have had no problems so far. But I thank I'm going for the Enermax Noisetaker EG701AX-VE-SFMA ( secs here +3.3V@34A, +5V@34A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A ) for the extra power.

Thx for the help and the warning about the Ultra X Connect power supply.

Ya i would go with the Enermax Noisetaker EG701AX-VE-SFMA over the Ultra because the Enermax Noisetaker has 600 watts instead of 500 watt
