OK, i'm getting graphics corruption in BF2 now :irk: So i E-Mail EA tech support telling them my problem i'm having along with the screen shot i have posted here. Now before i start getting "you have to understand EA's point of view" responses!!! I know they don't know how much or how little i know about PC's. So i understand they have to talk to everyone as they are a PC nooby. But this is the response i get

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Technical Support. I'm sorry for the difficulty you are having with Battlefield 2.
Please make sure that you have closed any programs or tasks running in the background as sometimes one of the programs can conflict with the game. Background applications such as anti-virus programs are often the cause of conflicts.
· Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time
· Click the "Processes" tab.
· Click on the gray bar in the middle column that says User Name to sort by user name.
· Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE.
· Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this User Name or other user names.
· Click on END PROCESS
· Repeat these steps until only explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe are open for this user profile.
You can try tweaking your display settings on the monitor, as these sometimes affect the game adversely. Try to set the game to 800x600 resolution and 60 hertz refresh rate, or 1024x768 and 75 hertz refresh rate. To change resolution, just right-click on your desktop, and select properties. Go to the settings tab and you can adjust it there. On the same window, click on advanced, then go to the monitor tab. You can change your monitor refresh rate there.
You can also to run the game in windowed mode by editing the command line of the game's shortcut to:
"C:\...\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 0
Please e-mail me back if there is a significant change in your issue or you still require added help.
