RAM:
2 sticks of Corsair XMS3500C2 @ 512Meg each
2 sticks of OCZ PC4000 @ 256Meg each
Motherboards/CPU/HSF/Video Card:
Asus P4C800E-Dlx/3.0c/Zalman 7000 AlCu/9800np
Asus P4P800-Dlx/2.6c/Retail/AIW 9600 Pro
I honestly don't know what to do. Which board would benefit the most from the RAM I'm using?
The OCZ will not be at my house till tomorrow and the P4P800/2.6c combo might be at my house this Friday.

I would use the Corsair with the <Asus P4C800E-Dlx/3.0c/Zalman 7000 AlCu/9800np>
And the OCZ with the <Asus P4P800-Dlx/2.6c/Retail/AIW 9600 Pro>
The 2.6c will likely overclock higher fsb wise and will be able to use the OCZ 4000. The 3.0 will be just fine with the 3500 and tight timings I would imagine.
Looks lke some fun for ya this weekend!

Well, the P4P800D was a waste of time and money. Dual DDR was dead on the board. So, I now have the DFI LAN Party 875 Pro. I already have the fsb at 231 (so that I have 3.0 Ghz for comparing against the P4C800E-D). Is it possible to get tight memory settings with the OCZ? I would rather ask firsthand instead of having to reset bios due to to tight settings. What would be a good setting to try? I'm currently running the vdimm at 2.7 and don't intend to change (even the board would allow it) and the vagp is at 1.6.

Hmmm... I am not really sure. The 4200 I have does 2.5-4-3-7 at 233fsb. That is not tight obviously. It has been awhile since I tested my 4000, so I can't really remember what it would do. At 231 I would think the Corsair would run much tighter timings.
