SLK-900 ( A ) can be had for $19.99, at www.svc.com .

Use the code word "thermalright" ( w/o the quotes ) on the second or third page of the ordering process and the price will drop from 29.99 to 19.99.

Enjoy

Thanks. They send me a newsletter from time to time. I've bought a lot of stuff off of them. Good reseller.

Bought one of these 900A's. It will allow me to kick an 800 out and that will replace an SK-6 on a KT7A-R. Every PC in this house, but one, runs Thermalright.

By the way, Thermalright has a new hybred HS ( AMD ) out anyday now ( actually they have more than one new HS coming out ).

It slots right in there, in cooling prowess, between an 800A and a 900A.
It is called the ALX-800, and as you might guess, it is part aluminum. It has a copper base, though. Cools better than an 800 in the review, and I imagine it will be cheaper ( eventually? initially? ) than the SLK-800.

I've included a pic from the review.

Cheers and happy crunching,

The other HS that just came out from Thermalright is the SP94. That cooler looks to be THE cooler for P4's. The absolute top of the hill. It is available now. See it at http://www.thermalright.com/

Here are some reviews of the 94:

This is supposed to be followed up by an SP98 for AMD chips. Hope that is true. Can't friggin wait!
