View Full Version : 260Mhz won,t boot in to windows!!!!!

Hi
Just a quick question if i can........running my system (see sig) just fine @ 250/12 and its rock solid get good benches and stuff just tried uppind the fsb to 260 and it passes memtest86+ for hours but wont boot to windows just keeps restarting????? i know my 55 will run stable @3200Mhz so it aint that even tried booting @260/10 still no joy the vx is cooled by a 60mm fan and temps seem fine, any help appreciated :D

get inside windows with 240MHz, and try using clockgen to overclock to 260.
Let us know what happened.

Thanks for the reply ....did as you said and it seemed fine till i run AM3 and it came up with an exception violation? maybe needs more juice but 3.4 is max without errors tried the yellow slots with the latest bios but still getting lots on test 2????

Yes, they probably need some more juice :D ( Voltage )
