I've sprayed a layer of Servisol Plastic Seal 60 PCB Lacquer (http://servisol.co.uk/data/PS60_data.htm) on the back and front side of the cpu mounting area making sure to masking tape, the dim slots, NB, cpu pin holes and mosfets, coils etc :)

So hopefully that will prevent condensation killing my P4C800-E straight away heh

Going to try first my 2.4C Q322A285 which managed to hit max 295fsb on air unstable of course. Then try 2.8C SL6WT week 21 which does 257-260fsb on air - this batch can probably do 280-290fsb in Prommy :)

I just wonder 1 thing. why haven't you changed the asus passive nb cooler to a bigger passive or even an iceberg nb cooler?

Awesome. can you send that mach2 to me now? ;D hehe. serious awesome build and so. :D

Well just installed the PCC software and nice :)

Normal fan speed
evap temp: -53C to -51C
windows cpu temp: -36C to -32C

Turbo fan speed
evap temp: -57C to -55C after 1 min on Turbo
windows cpu temp: -40C to -38C after 1 min on Turbo

well decided to get some NB cooling happening again as i touched the NB while at 295fsb and it was hot

so used a PC60 PCI slot cover + 80x25mm sunon 49cfm fan to cool over the NB and it's cool to touch now

2.4C @ 3514mhz / P4C800-E
cpu idle = -35C
evap idle = -55C

screen shot here (http://www.fileshosts.com/pentium4/D1/asus/p4c800e_results/prometia/ocz/pc3700gold/293-234-2337-8-15.8-STD-1.725v-1.8v/cpuz-idle1.jpg)

cpu load = -7C to -2C
evap load = -44C

Nice
U really need to be able to get ur hands on a 2.4 that'll do 300FSB at default vcore. Then a really long adventure would unfold :p
Still wish i could get my hands on those components
U gonna put ur 2.8 in there at one stage??
