Replace Power Supply?

I have a Rosewill 550w power supply. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817182010
I'm using 2 120mm fans, 1 80mm, 92mm Delta for cpu cooling, 2 SATA HDs, and 1 optical drive. Also have 1 cold cathode.

Started wondering about quality of ps when the DVI output port on my video card just suddenly stopped working while trying some new oc settings. VGA port works fine. Called BFG and they had me check voltage in bios. 12v rail was 11.7v, but I told them I don't trust bios voltage indications. I'm supposed to call them back after using meter to check again.
Checking with DMM on 2 different molex connections. I'm seeing 12v at idle and goes down to 11.85v under load (running S&M, Prime95, or Doom 3 timedemo).
This was at stock speeds.
I'm thinking that this is dropping too low when under load.
Should I replace this power supply? I'm thinking of getting a OCZ Powerstream 520W.

You might want a new PSU. 550 underload is usually 450, so you might not be getting enough wattage. How well can you overclock? Amperage on the 12v looks strong. But hey, if you can afford the OCZ, then its always a good idea to get one.

For overclocking I was good to around 245 * 10, HTT*3, 1.55 vCore. I was testing memory a little higher and was at 260 * 8 when vid card failed. I think I was at 1.5 vCore at the time (really should use a notepad) which wasn't enough for this chip. Now DVI port on video card does not work at any setting. I really don't think power supply caused this. Calling BFG again tonight.

Yes, they do. I just finished speaking with them. I gotta send the card to them and it will take 4-5 days, before they send me a new one if needed. So I gotta do without a card for a week.
