Drivers to ASUS P4P800

I have just bought this nice board. But I don’t know which drivers and stuff to install to get the best performance

I have the new BIOS - and the Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V5.01.1015

But is there more? What about 4in1 drivers? Or is that another chipset?

The 4 in 1-s are for VIA chipsets. You should use the ones comes with your CD, or download the latest from Intels site.
If your not using RAID thats all you need for the motherboard.
